So in the spirit of trying new things and looking for some unique vantage points I went on a little adventure. The following shots are from over 100 feet above Fort Scaur.
So I guess by now your scratching your head saying – hold on a second…. can Gavin fly now?? Well, not quite
and no I don’t climb communication antenna’s. Here’s a little clue:
So there you have it, a nice little perch in the clouds… Thanks Keith! It’s not all good though, trying to work up there in a swaying basket is not so easy you definitely have to keep that shutter speed up! Now onto finding some other spots…
Update – This is from the following night – the only real keepers as it was hazy but we did get a blast of colour right over the island after the sun set:
