Conde Nast Traveler in Bermuda

Back in December I had an amazing opportunity to work on an exciting project for Conde Nast Traveler alongside the Bermuda Tourism Authority. The project revolved around the talented travel writer, fashion illustrator and Instagram extraordinaire Meagan Morrison. She was to travel here and be inspired while visiting some other artistically talented locals.

The schedule was a blistering two days with no real allowance for delays and many ideas to fit in. We hit every square inch of the island and met so many of Bermuda’s amazing artists it was really quite fascinating even for a local that’s been here his whole life! Scrolling below you’ll no doubt recognize some of our more well know residents.

The finished piece appeared in the March issue of the magazine and unfortunately was only able to feature a handful of the many images we captured. There was also an online piece which showcased a few more. To show the shear scale of the project and what we were able to fit in have a look below, this is just a highlight of what we managed to get done in the two day period! I can’t begin to think how lucky we were with amazing weather, no disasters or issues along the way and to summarize, it was a blast!

Hot on the heels of this shoot we just finished another, if you’re on Facebook then you may have caught a glimpse, stay tuned for part 2!

In Addition to a very active Wedding photography business Gavin also takes on select Commercial clients and brands to work with, be sure to visit for more info: www.bermudaphotography.bm
